Watches like the FitBit Inspire 2 are designed for fitness tracking primarily so this smartwatch tracks things like cardio fitness, regular everyday activity like steps and calories burned, active zone fat burning, your heart rate and you can also log activities such as swimming, biking, running, weight lifting, etc. I knew a fitness watch would help me get motivated and be more in tune with my wellbeing.
